We can receive appraisal requests on-line, via fax or email and respond electronically to the lender or client within one business day regarding the status of the request.
Once a written appraisal request is accepted we contact the borrower, or other specified contact, within one business day or less to schedule the property inspection appointment. After the appraiser visits the property the certified appraisal report is typically completed within two business days or less and sent to the lender or client via email in standard PDF format.
